We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing Product team.
Reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll be working in a team of product owners/managers, product designers and product delivery managers engaging with our clients, engineering and QA teams, as well as Sales and Marketing teams, depending on the project/product, to help deliver our clients and users problem-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities
- Curate and run discovery workshops
- Understand the needs of our users, with the ability to summarise the problem succinctly
- Work with the project team to identify the best solution
- Be actively involved in the product design process
- Turn designs and user needs into actionable user stories
- Familiarise yourself with the roadmap
- Prioritise the backlog and manage release planning to achieve the desired business goals
- Partake in internal retrospectives and sprint planning sessions
- Run external demo/review sessions
- Produce release notes
- Bring a user centric focus to everything we do
- Support the Project Management team with the information needed to report back to the Client, project and management teams
Skills & essential criteria required
- Inquisitive nature – asking why and getting to the root of a problem
- Experience working with Web and Mobile Apps
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experience running requirement gathering interviews/workshops
- A passion for UX
- Knowledge of the product design process
- Collaborative approach
- Eager to learn and grow
- Attention to detail
Desirable skills
- Ability to convey ideas and utilise storytelling techniques
- Conflict resolution
- Product Analytics solutions experience
- Azure DevOps/JIRA understanding
- Full UK driving license
