Project Manager at Blue Frontier

Ed joined Blue Frontier in 2021 and has multiple years of experience as a Project Manager. He previously worked in the software industry for several companies as a Project Manager and as a Revenues and Court Officer at the Wiltshire Council.

As a Project Manager, he is responsible for managing web design, development and digital projects from pre-sales to delivery. He is the main point of contact for our clients and works closely with them to ensure we meet their requirements. He is also responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget and manages resources allowing for these projects to be completed.

Ed is a master at communication and organisation making him a world-class point of support to our clients, ensuring that they have the best experience when setting out on their project journey with Blue Frontier.

What are your favourite things about Blue Frontier?

I get to work with great people at Blue Frontier and the variety of projects and clients we have keeps everything very interesting! The generosity shown to staff by the company also sets it apart and it really makes everyone feel valued.

What does your Blue Frontier role involve?

My current role comprises of managing web design, development and digital projects from pre-sales to delivery. I am also responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What would your dream project be?

I would love to work on a project, which involves solving a really difficult or intricate problem for a client. It’s not the fact that I would be able to solve it myself, but just being part of that process allows closer collaboration with the team and client and is much more rewarding...if the solution works!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy playing football and golf and watching most sports, however having 2 small children limits the number of opportunities to do this! I try and go to the cinema as often as possible and I’m currently studying for the APM Project Management Qualification so this takes up any remaining spare time.
