Technical Support Engineer at Blue Frontier

Tom joined Blue Frontier in 2022 as a Technical Support Engineer. He has years of experience having previously worked in IT support for SEN schools in both capacities as a second and first-line support team member.

Tom’s role at Blue Frontier includes both first and second-line support. This involves taking clients’ calls and using our ticket system to diagnose and resolve technical issues. He also visits clients when further support is needed.

Tom is a very valuable asset to the team with his admirable work ethic and friendly personality.

What are your favourite things about Blue Frontier?

My favourite things about working at Blue Frontier are the knowledgeable team members, friendly clients and supportive management.

What does your Blue Frontier role involve?

My role involves troubleshooting technical issues and providing IT support to Blue Frontier as well as our clients.

What would your dream project be?

I would like to learn more about and hopefully be involved in projects with antivirus software, such as Sophos and Avast.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I have a keen interest in motorsport and enjoy photography, often taking my camera to racing events.
