Teneal joined the Blue Frontier family in 2020. As our accounts and HR administrator, she works alongside the sales, accounts and recruitment team. She is a motivated and reliable worker who is always happy to help.
Prior to joining our accounts team, Teneal worked mostly in customer care, reception, sales and marketing for 7 years, before moving to the UK in 2019 from Zimbabwe.
Teneal’s day to day is never quite the same. She does everything from answering sales calls, doing general accounts for work executed as well as supporting our internal teams as a confidante.
What are your favourite things about Blue Frontier?
My favourite thing about Blue Frontier is the friendly nature of everyone that works here as well as the appreciation of each and every team member that is always shown. Every day is different but there is always something to look forward to and learn.
What does your Blue Frontier role involve?
My day consists of doing accounts and assisting clients with queries. Dealing with recruitment and the onboarding of new starters. Assisting with a bit of HR. I am also the company Liaison/ Confidante. So each and everyday is varied which is great.
What would your dream project be?
I would love to work alongside a client that is highly passionate about what they do and what they want to achieve.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy being outside (when it's not raining, although I didn't move to the UK for the weather), and am most happy if I’m gardening. I also enjoy fishing, listening to music, watching a good film and cooking.
